Cindy our representative was wonderful, very helpful and courteous support. She was very friendly and warm and easy to approach and helped us think of all possible options to help us buy the best flooring at such an amazing price. I hope she gets to read this when she gets contact from her manager for such an amazing job, thank you Cindy

Highly recommend Flooring superstore, very knowledgeable staff, Cindy was really helpful and friendly. The range of flooring is fantastic, ordered samples that were posted out and pretty much delivered the next day and great to see the quality and colours. Other staff in the showroom were really friendly too. Arranging delivery was really straightforward and you can delay if you need to organise fitters etc but they also provide a list of local fitters you can contact if you need that information. Overall, great experience and look forward to our new flooring!

Sadly cannot recommend. Kerry was friendly and helpful but missed out giving us important information about delivery and collection. Gillian was rude and sarcastic. Not told it was a kerbside delivery Flooring is lovely but the service and customer experience was not.

Absolutely fantastic - one to one attention from Cindy who helped us choose the right laminate - and even uploaded our kitchen and snug to your website in order to make a better judgement and choice of flooring. We have had great service when we went to the store to look for flooring. The team was knowledeagble and very helpful. We made our decision to purchase flooring here, however cannot comment on delivery etc as this is still outstanding. We especially found the options for finance fantastic as well as the flexibility with arranging delivery as and when needed. Cindy was a great support in calculating and completing the purchase of materials as well as pointing us to some potential fitters. All in all a great service!
